Collabocate is committed to protecting copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Users may only upload, share, or distribute content that they own or have legal permission to use.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content available on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

  • Description of the copyrighted work
  • Description of the allegedly infringing material
  • URL or location of the content on the platform

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate

4. Response to Claims

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, Collabocate may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove the reported content
  • Disable access to the content
  • Request additional information
  • Suspend user accounts
  • Conduct an investigation of the claim

5. Counter-Notifications

If you believe that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing information required under applicable copyright laws.

6. Repeat Infringers

Collabocate maintains a policy of terminating accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights when appropriate.

7. Instructor Responsibility

Instructors are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content is:

  • Original and owned by them, or
  • Properly licensed, or
  • Otherwise legally authorized for use and distribution

Uploading copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Reservation of Rights

Collabocate reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate users whenever intellectual property concerns arise or when violations of this policy are identified.
